Customer Service Representative

Basic Function: Interviews new and existing customers requesting to open or transfer accounts, cross sells additional products and services.

Special Skills/qualifications

  • Cash handling/sales experience and/or teller related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented & highly accurate Strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of opening new accounts related to banking.
  • PC literate along with standard office equipment.
  • High School or equivalent required.

Hours and Location:

Must be able to work on Saturdays.
