Important Information

We will be completing a Bill Pay system upgrade that will affect your Bill Pay service as of August 12, 2016.

Some changes may require you to take action.

You will continue to access Bill Pay through Online Banking. All of the payees you currently have set up in Bill Pay will convert to the new system. You will not have to reset your payees.

Any scheduled or recurring payments you have set up in Bill Pay will also convert automatically. If you have payments scheduled to be paid during or after the weekend of our system upgrade, all payments will be processed as they are scheduled.

PLEASE NOTE: Any electronic bills (e-bills) you currently have, must be reset after the upgrade.

One final note about our new Online Bill Pay system:

Your “deliver by” date will be the day that your payee will receive your payment. For example, if you have a $100 payment due on 8/20/16, you can set that payment to be made on 8/20/16 and the funds will stay in your account until that “deliver by" date.

Preparation Steps

For all Online Bill Pay Users:

Even though we plan to convert all existing payees to the new system for you, we do encourage you to save a list of your payee information prior to August 12th to verify on Monday, August 15th that everything converted properly. Our Bill Pay Alerts feature will now provide you more options. Because of the enhancements, if you use this feature currently, you will be required to re-establish the alerts you wish to receive after the system upgrade. We do plan to convert 12 months of eStatement history for you, but will NOT be converting your Bill Pay history separately. If having specific Bill Pay history is important to you, we encourage you to download your existing history before August 12th. If your Online Bill Pay is set up to accept electronic bills (e-bills), we will convert the payees to the new system for you. However, you must reset your account to receive e-bills for those payees on or after August 12th
